No. At Polaris, we believe that our staff should function as part of your staff. You don’t have to worry about incurring additional costs, ever.

What additional costs will we incur for programming new features?

None. Any features added to existing functionality are automatically made available to all clients at no additional cost.

Is there a limit to the number of reporting data sources we can use?

No. It is important to us that you have all the healthcare data you need. As such, data can come from as few or as many sources as you need to ensure end-users receive a complete picture of your organization.

Do we need to pay a separate fee to access the Ad Hoc report writer?

No. The Ad Hoc report writer is a fully integrated component of our comprehensive suite of applications and is therefore included in the set fee.

Is there a limit to the number of users that can access the system?

No. You can have as many users as you need, at no additional cost.

How much IT time should we allocate for updates?

None. Polaris software updates happen automatically each time an end user opens the program. Polaris handles the entire process seamlessly. There is no involvement by IT staff and there is no downtime for users.
